Meet the founder
Internationally trained family physician • Experienced personal support worker in Canada
Through her years in family medicine and personal support work, Chiamaka saw an important gap in the support many older adults receive. Practical help—such as light housekeeping and assistance with everyday activities—matters, but people also need to feel heard, connected and genuinely cared for.
She founded Great Impact Connect to offer compassionate companionship that respects each person’s dignity and helps reduce loneliness. Her vision is to provide the warm human connection every older adult deserves—supporting emotional well-being, a sense of belonging and a better quality of life.
Personally involved in every client experience: Chiamaka will be directly and actively involved in delivering and overseeing services, helping ensure that each client receives dependable, respectful and personalized support.
“Care is not only about completing tasks. It is also about being present, listening and helping someone feel valued.”
